South Korea is feeling the heat again now that the rainy season is almost over. In its drive to save energy over the steamy summer months, the government is now handing out “cool scarves” to workers.
  Developed by a small local apparel company, these scarves contain a refrigerant, which reacts with water and keeps the wearer cool for several hours.
