Lancaster has a thirst-quenching riesling

Trying to pick my favorite white wine is like trying to pick my favorite cookie — it's nearly impossible. There's a full and buttery chardonnay, or a bright and earthy sauvignon blanc, even a light and fruity pinot grigio, among many others.
But, if pressed, I may be willing to settle on riesling as my favorite. I fell in love with riesling in New York's Finger Lakes wine region.
