Food book of the week: Amazing Grains by Ghillie James

You may pride yourself on knowing the difference between buckwheat and bulgar wheat, and have sorted your quinoa from your couscous, but that’s no reason to be complacent. When it comes to grains, I’m afraid most of us are mere beginners.
